Citizen Charter-
 (A) Auditorium: There is an auditorium with 500 seats with lights and sound system facilities. Various cultural organizations and organizations are hired for the use of cultural programs, dramas, recitations, dance rituals, seminars, symposium etc.
 (B) Auditorium: There are two studio rooms with two rooms. In order to organize various drama, recitation, dance, music organizations, the rooms are rented according to the policy for the exercise.
Cultural training: There is a training center in Shilpakala Academy for the purpose of making people's culture and heritage more popular and dynamic. Whereas, the interest of the interest in the interest of creative research is made in the country by regular and systematic training. Accepting these issues of music, dance, drama, recitation, talent, and painting culture, not limited to mere gratification tools, should be taken as a powerful medium for improving the quality of life of industry and society. For this purpose, training is given to Art Academy at the following topics.

# Full-time Full-time Courses:
• Music, Dance, Tabla - 4 years of age
• Recitation, drama - 2 year period
• Domestic musical instruments (Daughters) - 4 years of age
Foundation courses classes begin on Friday at 10 in the morning.
Classes of full course classes start at around 4.30 pm after the routine. Application forms are delivered every year from December 20th. Students are admitted through interview on January 1st week.
• Training sessions: - From January to December.
• Admission Procedure: - All admissions programs are completed from January to March.
• Trainer Number: -Market 10 (ten) Recruited by Shilpakala Academy of Bangladesh. In Kantho-03 people, Dance-02, Tabla-01 people, recitation-01, Deshman-Zaman-01, Talbazar assistant-02.
• Examination information: - Students are given double test twice a year. The first temporary and annual examination is accepted.
• Besides, Shilpakala Academy and District Shilpakala Academy specially organized a workshop on music, dance, drama, recitation, local musical instruments and tabla at various times.
• Regular programs organized by the Academy: - Shaheed Day and International Mother Language Day, Great Independence Day, Victory Day, Bangla New Year's Biday and Festivals, National Children's Day, National Mourning Day, Rabindra Janta Jubilee Celebration, Nazrul Janta Jubilee Celebration, World Music Day, World Drama Day, World Dance Day, Seasonal Cultural Programs, Yearly Fine Art Exhibition, Recitation Festival, Drama Sources B, Lokaj Sangskritik Mela, Award of the Academy, Liberation War based film exhibition, Quarterly cultural program etc. Also various programs organized by the government are organized.
